This video didn't really turn out the way we wanted it to at all. But I guess its decent. There were a lot of things we wanted to film but we didn't get to, but maybe in another video. The idea really was to hit anything that was either at our physical limit or that terrified us. To overcome as many fears as possible. Instead of turning away from, or shielding ourselves from the things that we fear, we need to face them head on because as long as we are afraid we are not free. If you know in your heart that you can do something, there's no reason not to do it. So thats where the title came from. Everything that I am capable of is thanks to God. My training is really driven by my faith, and in the end, videos are just a way to share what I feel inside and share my experiences with others. So enjoy! And if you don't enjoy, then I'm sorry for party rockin'
